At The School of Intuitive Leadership we help you put the right brain – intuition and creativity into the Pilot’s seat, and the left brain – logic and analysis – in the Co-Pilot’s seat so that you find the path of least resistance and access your highest level of potential, success, impact and fulfillment.
In the right brain, we can access unlimited potential. In the left brain, we access limited potential.
In the left brain we can only access what we know, what we have already experienced, our conditioning and proven data. It is a comfortable, safe and stable space to work from and live but it is not expansive. Growth just doesn’t happen in the left brain. It happens outside of our comfort zone and in new territory!
When you lead with the right brain and let your left brain assist you in bringing potential into form you tap into new creativity, find solutions and paths forward, create incredible pieces of work, access higher levels of success, experience ease, flow and so much more. We need our beautiful left brain because it is what helps us actually make things happen and bring things into form. We just don’t need it leading the way.
If you lead from the left brain – which is limited and structured – and then try to squeeze your right brains big, beautiful creativity and intuition into the small left brain box, you are killing the potential available to you and end up creating and experiencing the same old results, and inching your way forward towards success. So it looks like a whole lot of effort for breadcrumb results instead of fluid, easy action that offers expansive results! You know the ones that we are ACTUALLY yearning for.
Put simply, think about what happens if you place a glass on top of a candle. The flame would go out because it lacks air. That is what happens to your inner flame when you put it into the small container of your left brain.
At The School we create experiences, offer tools and resources to help you reprogram your nervous system and create new habits that will help you lean more into your right brain magic and simultaneously offer you left brain, practical support so you can actually bring your visions and dreams to life.

Jennifer Jane Young is an Intuitive Business & Leadership Advisor, Founder of The School of Intuitive Leadership and former United Nations Consultant. She helps entrepreneurs & leaders find the path of least resistance, make the biggest impact and create sustainable, aligned success through right brain/intuitive leadership.
She brings together the last 13 years of her experience, coaching, advising and managing start ups to multi-6 and 7-figure businesses, her background in Yogatherapy and experience leading a community of entrepreneurs for the United Nations of 5000+ members, in partnership with the International Trade Centre in Geneva, Switzerland.
Jennifer facilitates growth, flow, and transformation for heart-centered, impact-driven entrepreneurs and businesses. She helps her clients translate their visions & intuitive guidance into practical actions and helps them find the most intuitive and aligned solutions and path forward to success.
Jennifer is the author of "Say YES to your YES: How to trust your gut and take the leap" and the host of her podcast "Finding Your Flow".
She is currently living in between Canada and Mexico with her two rescue dogs.
